All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The estimated delivery time after shipment is 10–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over AUD$58.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping all over the world.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10–20 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@somoulie.com
 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Tracking information is sent manually or, if shipping was purchased through Shopify, tracking information is sent directly from Shopify.
